Boston Marathon Bombing Survivors Speak 1 Year Later

Survivors of last year's Boston Marathon bombings spoke at a tribute at the Hynes Convention Center, NECN reported. More than 2,000 people attended the event Tuesday, where several survivors spoke. "We should have never met this way, but we are so grateful for each other," said Patrick Downes, who lost his lower left leg in the bombing. "We have shared our despair, sense of loss and challenges, as well as our hope, gratitude and triumphs."
