WRENTHAM, Mass. (AP) — A white hooded sweatshirt and a baseball cap similar to items former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was allegedly wearing the night an acquaintance was fatally shot have been recovered at a Franklin condominium he rented.

The clothing, along with the same caliber ammunition as the handgun used in the June 17 slaying of Odin Lloyd, was recovered according to search warrant records in Wrentham District Court.

Hernandez was allegedly seen on surveillance cameras wearing the items the night Lloyd was fatally shot, according to records.

The Sun Chronicle ( ) reports that the Wrentham court records released Tuesday are not subject to the impoundment order for records filed in Attleboro District Court.

Hernandez is being held without bail after pleading not guilty to charges in connection with Lloyd's death.
