Vermont State Police investigate fatal crash

Vermont State Police are investigating a fatal collision at the intersection of Shunpike Road and VT Route 103 in Mount Holly.

The operator of the vehicle, John Stahura, 84, died as a result of the crash. His wife, Nancy Stahura, was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Rutland Regional Medical Center where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The accident remains under investigation.
