(NECN: Tom Langford, Chatham, Mass.) - The weather isn't exactly ideal beach weather but people are flocking to Cape Cod. The recent shark sightings have done the opposite of scare people away; they have increased tourism.

There have been three confirmed Great White shark sightings, and people are heading to the beaches in hopes of seeing another.

The increase in the number of sharks can be attributed to an increase in the number of seals, which sharks consider lunch.
