(NECN) - He played with the New England Patriots for four seasons before signing a contract with the Philadelphia Eagles this past offseason, but Patrick Chung joins us on The Morning Show to talk about a summer music camp he runs in town that gets underway Monday.
But first, what about former teammate Aaron Hernandez?
Chung says he was shocked like everybody else when he first heard the allegations, but he says he doesn’t have much time to watch TV. Between his family and working on the camp, he keeps busy.
What about reports that he was a loner in the locker room?
Chung says he was a cool, hard-working dude, always talking crap, just a regular guy.
He says hopefully everything works for the best because Hernandez is his friend.
Now, what about Chung’s camp?
His mom, Sophia George, was a reggae star in Jamaica in the 1980s.
Chung says his camp is a lot of fun and all about music. It gives kids opportunities they might not otherwise have.
