(NECN: Greg Wayland) - Each quarter, NECN and Citizens Bank team up to honor a Champion in Action - and the latest honor goes to The Bostonian Society.

The Society is located in Boston's Old State House, and on Wednesday at that venerable building, representatives of NECN and Citizens Bank presented the Society a check for $35,000 to assist in its work of studying and preserving the city's unique and important history.

So why should you visit the Society's famous headquarters? Greg Wayland explains in the attached video.
