(NECN/Eileen Curran): An accused killer goes to court Monday. The man arrested in connection with killing 12 and shooting dozens more at a sold out movie theater in Aurora, Colo., will hear the charges against him.
It's an initial court hearing for the suspect, 24-year-old James Holmes. He faces "suspicion' of first-degree murder charges.
Police say Holmes has "lawyered" up and is not cooperating. Meanwhile, the community is remembering the dead and showing unity in this time of tragedy.
