(NECN)  - A New York woman accused of de-frauding The One Fund Boston is due back in a New York courtroom Tuesday.
Andrea Gause faces larceny charges.
Authorities say she collected a fraudulent claim of $480,000 from The One Fund Boston, saying she sustained a brain injury in the bombings.
Gause was arraigned last week in Troy, N.Y., and could be brought to Boston this week.
Massachusetts officials say the money Gause received will be returned to The One Fund Boston to be distributed to the victims.
