(NECN) - It's time to go on the record with the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.

President and CEO Paul Guzzi starts out talking about a gas and cigarette tax that will go into effect after Mass. lawmakers voted to override Governor Deval Patrick's veto of a transportation finance bill.

"I think the big story is that we've got to 'yes'. But the governor deserves credit for raising the issue in the legislature for enacting a tax program," Guzzi says.

Guzzi also weighs in a study concerning mid-sized companies and health care costs and more.
