Police confirm a male who was in Barnstable, Massachusetts, for a foreign exchange program has died.
The 21 year old from Kazakhstan was riding a bike along Route 132 near Route 6 when he was struck by a car around 11 p.m. Wednesday.
The identity of the victim is being withheld pending the notification of his family.
The female driver of this vehicle has not been charged. The crash remains under investigation.
