Woman Accused of Stealing Firefighter's Wallet From Station

Aleesha Mceachern faces several identity theft and fraud charges

A woman has been summonsed to appear in court on Monday in regards to the case of a wallet being stolen from a Massachusetts fire station while the crew was out on a call.

Aleesha McEachern is facing several identity theft and fraud charges.

The 32-year-old wandered into the Revere Fire Station and stole a wallet while firefighters were on a call, according to Revere Police.

Police say she immediately started making charges on the credit cards.

As a direct result of numerous tips from the public, police were able to conduct a thorough investigation and get a complaint against McEachern.

McEachern will be arraigned in Chelsea District Court on August 4.

She is currently being held at the Suffolk County House of Correction on an unrelated matter.
