(NECN) - The low-cost, controversial Fung Wah bus company could soon be operating again between Boston and New York. The bus company was shut down in March because of many safety concerns.
The Boston Herald reports the company has a new agreement with federal regulators, but the signing of the agreement does not mean the company has fixed all the problems that led to it being shut down. Fung Wah must demonstrate its ability to operate safely and within the letter of the law before the company can begin carrying passengers.
