(NECN) - It's time to go on the record again with the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.

President and CEO Paul Guzzi weighs in on Massachusetts' high ranking in the biotech industry - again.

"This cluster of industries, the life sciences, which also includes medical devices, has dramatically increased and grown here while it has declined in the country. A lot of companies have gone off shore. And the reasons - one, our great colleges and universities that produce talent and research. Two, our great hospitals that also do research, and three, the governor deserves a lot of credit. Early on in his administration, for billion-dollar-plus life sciences initiative - it's all come together and it should continue to grow," Guzzi says.

Guzzi also talks about Boston's boost from Restaurant Week and the surge in home sales.
