(NECN: Mike Nikitas, New York City) - Mike Nikitas is live in New York City bringing us updates on security and the preparations for the anniversary event.

Nikitas is also bringing us the story of Saint Nicholas church, the only building destroyed on 9/11 that hasn't been rebuilt.

It was a Greek Orthodox Church built in 1919, and that church is determined to rebuild itself, but there has been delay in doing it. They are mired in a property dispute with the New York Port Authority.

Mike Nikitas has more.
