(NECN) - A homeless man who turned in a lost backpack with more than $40,000 inside is now reaping the benefits of his good deed.
The online campaign to raise money for Glen James has now eclipsed $92,000.
James was honored by the Boston Police Department earlier this week for finding a backpack full of cash and travelers checks and turning it in.
The online campaign was started by a Virginia man who says he hopes they can raise $250,000 for James.

You can find a link to the fund here.
