Patriots punter Mesko looks good to go

ORCHARD PARK, NY -- Fear not, New England: Zoltan Mesko is on the field.
Seventy minutes before game time at Ralph Wilson Stadium, the Patriots punter trotted onto the turf to warm up.
Mesko went down with a knee injury in the third quarter of New England's win over the Chargers last week. He had limited participation in Friday's practice and was listed as questionable for the Week 3 match up with the Bills.
Question answered.
Mesko worked as the holder for kicker Stephen Gostkowski during pregame and blasted a few plus-50 yard punts. Though his kicking didn't appear affected -- his boots were more dynamic the more he loosened up -- he did look to be walking gingerly. Mary Paoletti can be reached at mpaoletti@comcastsportsnet.com.
