Male pedestrian fatally struck in Dennis, Mass.

(NECN) - Police in Dennis, Mass. say a man was struck at the intersection of Upper County Road and Center Street Saturday night.
The 52-year-old man from South Dennis was attempting to cross the road at the time. He was taken to Cape Cod Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The victim's name has not been released.
The vehicle involved was a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by a  28-year-old man from Dennisport.
The accident remains under investigation. No charges have been filed.
