(NECN) - The candidates for Massachusetts Attorney General faced off on Broadside: The News with Jim Braude.

Jim McKenna won the Republican nomination on a write-in campaign, and is going up against incumbent Democrat Martha Coakley.

McKenna said the killings of four people, including a toddler in Mattapan, justifies reconsideration of capital punishment in the Bay State. Coakley opposes the death penalty.
