(NECN) - Political analyst Michael Mokrzycki of UMass Lowell talks about what the early poll numbers mean for Elizabeth Warren, who's far ahead of the other candidates in the Democratic quest to unseat Republican U.S. Sen. Scott Brown in 2012.

The six candidates vying for the Democratic nomination for Senate will debate at the university Tuesday night.

The other candidates --- state Rep. Tom Conroy, immigration attorney Marisa DeFranco, City Year co-founder Alan Khazei, Global Reporting Initiative co-founder Bob Massie and engineer and activist Herb Robinson --- had poll numbers that didn't get out of the single numbers, so they are expected to try to make their mark Tuesday night.
