(NECN) - Boston Mayor Tom Menino is speaking out, in the wake of 100 arrests made at the Occupy Boston movement.

The arrests were made around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, after police say protesters took up camp at a second location that was not agreed upon with city officials.

Mayor Menino called in to "The Morning Show" to discuss the chaotic situation.

"I sympathize with their issues, some of those issues we really have to look at in America, but when it comes to civil disobedience I will not tolerate civil disobedience in the city of Boston," Mayor Menino said.
