BenJarvus Green-Ellis (toe) and four other Patriots were missing from Thursday's practice.

FOXBORO — It remains to be seen if New England's BenJarvus Green-Ellis can have a repeat of his career-day in last Sunday's win over the New York Jets. It looks as though his big day may have taken a toll on him.

Green-Ellis, who rushed for a career-best 136 yards on 27 carries in New England's 30-21 win, did not practice (toe) on Thursday. It is unclear if the injury is severe enough to keep him out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys.
Among those others who did not practice on Thursday were Josh Barrett (thumb/hamstring), Jerod Mayo (knee), Vince Wilfork (not injury-related) and Mike Wright (concussion) who was placed on the injured reserve list.
