(NECN) - When it comes to sports and games, being a loser is not the greatest feeling. But, as Boston Johnny would say, being the "Biggest Loser" is a championship feat.
John Forger joined "The Morning Show" to talk about his stint on NBC's hit reality show "The Biggest Loser" and his mission to lose weight.
Forger, 65, joined the show at 328 lbs., making him the biggest contestant on the show. He was eliminated after shedding 59 lbs., but his journey to get fit didn't end there.
Boston Johnny is looking to keep active and stay healthy. He is hoping to inspire others, and he's already made an impact on his son, Greg, who has dropped 80 lbs.
