(NECN) - The battle for Massachusetts' 6th Congressional District is one of the closest and hardest-fought Congressional races in the nation, where the incumbent and his challenger are locked in a race that could go either way.

John Tierney, a Democrat from Salem, has served in the House of Representatives since 1997, and is seeking reelection to his ninth term in Congress.

Richard Tisei, a Republican from Wakefield, has served 26 years as a state legislator and was the GOP candidate for lieutenant governor in 2010.

In this part of the debate, Tierney and Tisei spar on the controversy surrounding Tierney's wife and brother-in-laws, their sentencing and more.
