(NECN: Josh Brogadir - Newburyport, Mass.) - In downtown Newburyport, Mass., water continued to flood parking lots and waves continued to crash into shores.

Firefighters were also on the scene to assess any damage to the sea wall in Newburyport, which had been breached on Monday night. It was only expected to get worse as high tide approached.
