(NECN/NBC News: Raphael Seth) - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are headed to court, but not for the reason you may be thinking of. The couple is suing YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley, claiming he violated a confidentiality agreement by posting a video of the couple's marriage proposal. The lawsuit also states that only “E!” cameras were allowed to film the proposal for an upcoming episode of "Keeping up with the Kardashians."

There are lots of Hollywood treats hitting theaters this week, including an emaciated Matthew McConaughey, time-travelling turkeys, and a boy saving the world.

A Gameboy holds the fate of the world in "Ender's Game." Asa Butterfield is a new recruit in the international army after earth is attacked by aliens. The shy kid quickly distinguishes himself in battle school, and becomes mankind's best hope to save the human race.

Old guys party like it's 1959 in "Last Vegas." Michael Douglas is getting married, so he gathers his best friends for a bachelor party in Sin City. Morgan Freeman and Kevin Kline are game, but Robert DeNiro's holding an old grudge that could put the party on ice.

A turkey is living large in "Free Birds." Owen Wilson is the voice of a thanksgiving gobbler pardoned by the president. But when he meets the more militant Woody Harrelson, the two steal a time machine to take turkey off the menu at the very first Thanksgiving.

Domhnall Gleeson has too much time on his hands in "About Time." He's an awkward young man who learns he has the power to travel backward in time. But a meeting with the love of his life may be erased as he tries to make every moment in his life perfect.

Matthew McConaughey is a drug dealer in "Dallas Buyers Club." He's a hard-living cowboy diagnosed with HIV in the early days of the AIDS epidemic. It's a Defacto death sentence until he discovers helpful pharmaceuticals south of the border that haven't been approved by the FDA.
