(NECN: John Moroney) - The Mass. lawsuit over a car crash that killed two young women and injured a third following a country music festival in 2008 at Gillette Stadium has been settled.
Twenty-year-old Debra Davis and 19-year-old Alexa Latteo were killed while 20-year-old Nina Houlihan was seriously injured in the accident.
The three were underage and had been leaving the New England Country Music Festival. They did not have tickets, but had been drinking in the parking lots. Two of families sued the Kraft group - headed by Patriots owner Robert Kraft - saying more should have done more to prevent underage drinking at the festival.
Details of the settlement have not been made public. The Kraft Group declined comment.
Steve Davis, the father of Debra, says they are pleased with the settlement.
