(NECN) - The fugitive couple accused of severely beating and burning the woman's 3-year-old son are back in New Hampshire.

Jessica Linscott, 23, and Roland Dow, 27, are in custody at the Rockingham County jail after their arrest at Universal Studios in Orlando, Fla. last week.

The two arrived at Boston's Logan Airport on Saturday afternoon.

Dow is charged with hitting and burning Linscott's 3-year-old son, James.

She is charged with failing to protect the child.

James continues to recover in the hospital.

Linscott and Dow are expected to be arraigned in Plaistow District Court on Monday morning.
