Report: Brockton, Mass. man believes he saw NH missing teen online

(NECN) – A man from Brockton, Mass. who wishes to remain anonymous believes he saw the missing New Hampshire teen, Abigail Hernandez, in an online video.

“The girl I saw online looked exactly like Abigail Hernandez. It could have been her twin sister,” the man said in an interview on Saturday.

He tipped of his local newspaper, Brockton Enterprise, who then notified New Hampshire authorities.

“The person that called us was a good citizen and cooperated with us,” Brockton Police Lt. Paul Bonanca said Saturday. “The information that we received was given to the Conway Police Department. Conway is in the midst of investigating and we will offer any cooperation necessary to assist them.”
