(NECN) – The collision of the holiday season and the final exam season for students can be a stressful time for those in school.

Student Reporter Yasmine Julmisse talked to people about where stress originates from for young people.

“I do think there’s more stress on the younger teenagers today because of the economics are not as good and when we were growing up, it wasn’t quite as challenging,” said one woman.

Stress is almost inevitable and people combat it in different ways.

“I usually like to go for a run,” Suggested one person.

“I take a deep breath and then prepare yourself. You don’t need to stress out too much,” said another.
