(NECN) – Rob Ford, the mayor of Toronto, danced to a reggae tune on the floor of the Toronto City Council on Tuesday.

This occurred during a promotional event for new music coming to the Toronto area.

Ford has been stripped of most of his powers since he admitted to smoking crack while intoxicated back in October.
