(NECN) - It definitely feels like winter in New England.
Some areas have gotten over a foot and a half of snow over the last few days.
As we move into winter, New England residents are storing their rakes and picking up those shovels.

As the snow comes down, people fight for parking spots, with some people using items to claim a spot as their own.

What is fair game when it comes to parking?
