Prosecutor Held Captive in Turkey

An outlawed revolutionary group held a Turkish prosecutor hostage and posted pictures on Twitter that appeared to show a gun to the captive’s head, local media reported on Tuesday. The courthouse in Istanbul where the incident was occurring was evacuated, according to local television, and special forces entered the building, The Associated Press reported. The far-left group Revolutionary People's Liberation Party-Front, which claimed responsibility for the suicide bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Ankara in 2013, issued a series of demands on its website.
