Revere, Massachusetts, police say their town's fire captain has been arrested on assault charges.
Revere Fire Captain Carl Holmberg, 44, was charged with three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and one count of assault and battery on a child with injury.
Police say the altercation occurred when all parties involved were out trick-or-treating. The injuries police say Holmberg caused were non-life threatening.
Holmberg has been suspended with pay pending a disciplinary hearing. According to police, Holmberg has served as captain for 15 years with no prior issues.
