(NECN/Suffolk University: Zegan Jaggi) - On New Year's Eve, many are taking the time to make resolutions - promises to ourselves - to change in some way.

Some plan to be kinder to others. Others hope to hit the gym more often.

There are limitless options.

"Swear less. Be nicer. Do things for others," listed one woman in Boston.

Two other women in the city agreed there hope was "to lose weight."
