Paris Hilton's brother arrested in Malibu


(NECN/ABC) - First Paris, now her little brother sent to the slammer. The 18-year old was arrested in Malibu for driving under the influence. Last year Paris served just over two weeks for alcohol-related reckless driving.

The studio behind the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy is being sued by the estate of JRR Tolkien. The Tolkiens claim new Line Cinema hasn't paid it's fair share of royalties. They say they're owed 7% of the gross receipts and that's no small sum -- the lawsuits estimates the trilogy has made $6 billion.

Gwyneth Paltrow reportedly is considering following in the footsteps of other high profile celebs and adopting a baby. The Oscar winner, who already has two children of her own, says they might adopt a child from Brooklyn. She says no baby is more helpless than another and adds she's a New York girl.

Dolly Parton is postponing her upcoming U-S tour after injuring her back. The singer has been told to rest for couple months. The injury should not affect her European tour this summer.

Reporter Carla Wohl of ABC News has the latest on what's happening in Hollywood.
