$14 million for Brangelina baby pictures


(NECN/ABC) - So what's the going rate for baby pictures? How about 14 million dollars!

That's what Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt reportedly will get for the first shots of their newborn twins. The money will go to charity

Comedian Bernie Mac is said to be "responding well" to treatment for pneumonia in a chicago hospital. Publicist for the 50-year-old Mac said the pneumonia is not related to his sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease that has been in remission since 2005.

Actress Christina Applegate is undergoing treatment for breast cancer.

The disease was detected early and the 36-year-old star of ABC's "Samantha Who" is expected to make a full recovery.

And for the third week in a row, the Caped Crusader remains the biggest draw at the weekend box office. "The Dark Knight" raked in nearly 44 million dollars. In just 17 days the Batman blockbuster has grossed almost 395 million.

Debuting a close second was "The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor with 42-and-a-half million dollars.
