(NECN/ABC) - California prosecutors say actress Heather Locklear is being charged with driving under the influence.
A CHP officer found Locklear parked on the side of a highway in September, and a drug test later showed she was under the influence of prescription drugs.
She'll go before a judge in late January.
The "King of Pop" and the Prince are at odds in the Middle East.
The son of the king of Bahrain is suing pop icon Michael Jackson in a British court for reneging on an agreement to record a new album and write an autobiography.
Jackson reportedly received cash, and some utility bills at his Neverland Ranch were paid, but so far there's no album and no book.
South African-born actress Charlize Theron is the latest United Nations " messenger of peace".
She joins ten other celebrities in film, music and literature, including George Clooney charged with promoting various U-N programs.
Theron says she'll focus on ending violence against women.
Finally, "Dancing With The Stars" has something for everyone on it's season finale November 25th.
Producers say Miley Cyrus will close out this season with a special performance of her latest single, "Fly on the Wall", just two days after her 16th birthday.
This year her "Hannah Montana" costar Cody Linley is in the final four of competition.
