(NECN) - Garen Daly, host of FrugalYankee.com, previews the movies that are opening this weekend:
Twilight
It's an 'ok' vampire film, meant more for the young female teenage audience over 12.
Bolt
A very good family film with elements of Toy Story and Toy Story 2. The voiceover actors are very good, and the side characters help make the movie enjoyable.
Slumdog Millionaire
A four star indy film. It is a cross-cultural love story, that needs to be seen until the end. Look for this movie to register several Oscar nominations.
Eden
This movie is a downer. An Irish film of a couple celebrating their 10-year anniversary as their marriage disintegrates.
