Backstage pass as Fenway preps for Neil Diamond


(NECN: Scot Yount, Boston, Mass.) - Many people already have big weekend plans -- and have tickets to the Neil Diamond concert at Fenway Park Saturday night. NECN got a backstage pass earlier today for a tour with the production director.

NECN caught the making of Neil Diamond's multi-million dollar tour, including the first-ever backstage and onstage tour, sound, video, lighting, dressing rooms and much more.

Neil Diamond will bring his hit tour to Boston's Fenway Park Saturday night.

Since 1997, Diamond's 1969 smash hit "Sweet Caroline" has pumped up Red Sox fans during every home game.

Since 2002, it has become a tradition in the middle of the eighth inning and embraced by Sox fans.
