Boston Pops open their 123rd season

(Scot Yount, NECN: Boston, Mass.) - Another sign that spring is really here, and summer not far away - it is opening night for the Boston Pops.

Conductor Keith Lockhart will lead the orchestra, and singer Natalie Cole will make a guest appearance, to open the symphony's 123rd season.

The season will end with its customary concert on July 4th at the Charles River Esplanade.
