(NECN) - Tom Meek from the Boston Phoenix stops by Good Morning Live to give us his take on this weekend's opening movies.
First up, Pineapple Express. Meek says that this is the funniest of the Judd Apatow films, which include 40 Year Old Virgin and Knocked Up.
As for The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, Meek considers it long for what the movie is. He considers it more of a follow-up film than a good sequel. He puts it on the same level as the Sexy and the City movie was for the TV series.
Lastly, we take a look at the Quentin Tarantino film Hell Ride. Meek concedes that there is great dialogue, but says the sum of the parts does not work.
