| July 19, 2008 Britney's attorney addresses children's custody
|
(NECN/ABC) - There are indications that Britney Spears has reached an agreement that grants her more visits with her two children.
Lawyers for Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline appeared in court Friday morning.
They went behind closed doors with the court commissioner and were providing little information.
They say they have reached an agreement to avoid going to trial.
Federline has full custody of their two children, but there are reports that under the deal, Spears would get more visitation rights.
So far no papers have been filed and the August court date is still on the schedule.
