Jessica Simpson to entertain troops in Kuwait


(NECN/ABC) - Boy George pleaded not guilty to a charge of false imprisonment. A 28-year old Norwegian man is accusing the singer of chaining him to a wall after he went to George's apartment for a photo shoot last year . The case is set to go to trial this November.

Emeril Lagasse has a new gig, he'll star in a daily series for Discovery's new "eco-channel". The show, called" Emeril Green," will premiere in July and be shot on location at Whole Food markets across the country.

Jessica Simpson is headed to Kuwait to entertain the troops. She'll perform at a March 10th concert which will be broadcast live on MySpace. Simpson said the gig is every girl's dream.

Madonna has come up with a name for her new album. It will be called "Hard Candy" and features a song called "Candy Store". The names explained by Madonna's rep, who says the singer has a sweet tooth. The CD is due in stores April 29th.
