(NECN) - Tip O'Neill was equal parts showman and politician. The kdi from Barry's Corner who ruled the U.S. House as speaker for 10 years. He left behind a political void, and enough stories for a lifetime.
He dies in 1994, but now Tip O'Neill's time has come again. The vehicle is a new play, "According to Tip", now in it's debut run at the New Repertory Theatre in Watertown, Massachusetts.
Playwright Dick Flavin, actor Ken Howard and Tom O'Neill, former Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor and son of Tip, discuss the show.
