(NECN) - Layoffs, mortgage foreclosures, having to choose between food and heat and medicine. Right now there is unprecedented need, and a response from United Way.
Eighteen Massachusetts United Ways are working together to meet basic needs this winter. Michael Durkin, President and CEO of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley joins us to discuss the effort.
