(Mary Morin, NECN: Waterbury, VT) - What went up has come down. Oil today is 100 dollars a barrel cheaper than it was in July. Gasoline and other fuel prices have fallen as well, except if you were unlucky enough to sign a heating oil contract when prices were sky high.
