(NECN) - What's in the future for the workers who make Chrysler cars? Their company still has one last chance to survive, but for now, plants are closing. It could be a long wait.

Peter Cohan, of Peter S. Cohan & Associates joins Chet Curtis to discuss the odds of survival for Chrysler. Cohan teaches management at Babson College and is the author of the book "You can't order change", looking at stories of executive success and failure.
