(NECN) - The Mass Pike runs 138 miles across the state from the New York border all the way to Logan Airport.
Thousands of New Englanders take it every day and pay a toll to do so.
But leftover Big Dig costs and the nation's credit crisis have left the Turnpike Authority in serious debt.
