(NECN) - The Mass Pike runs 138 miles across the state from the New York border all the way to Logan Airport.

Thousands of New Englanders take it every day and pay a toll to do so.

But leftover Big Dig costs and the nation's credit crisis have left the Turnpike Authority in serious debt.

Executive Director of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, Alan LeBovidge, joins NECN's Chet Curtis.
