(NECN) - The newest generation of employees entering the workforce, are changing the way companies function, and the way managers think about attracting and retaining workers.
The multi-tasking, fast-moving and computer savvy "generation y" is starting to graduate from college and step into the working world.
These young workers have never known a world without a computer or the Internet.
They're the focus of a special section in Mass High Tech this week -- "Born of the PC."
