(NECN) - A New York City man isn't flying high after a recent flight on JetBlue Airways.
The man is suing the airline for more then $2 million. He claims a pilot made him give up his seat to a flight attendant and sit on a bathroom toilet for over 3 hours.
He says he was told the toilet was the only seat available. JetBlue has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
